AI Usage Policy

Wallflake AI can summarise GSE stock data, answer questions about listed companies, discuss market trends on the Ghana Stock Exchange, review your portfolio allocation, and help you understand financial metrics and ratios.

Wallflake AI does not provide regulated financial advice and cannot guarantee investment returns or predict stock prices. Always conduct your own research before making any investment decisions.

To ensure fair access for all users, the following limits apply:

• AI Chat — 20 messages per hour.
• Stock Analysis refresh — 5 per day (cached analyses are always free to read).

Limits reset automatically. You will receive a clear message when a limit is reached.

AI is a shared resource with real operating costs. Automated requests, scripted abuse, or deliberate attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of AI access for your account. Repeated violations may lead to account action.

Your messages are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, solely to generate responses. If you upload a brokerage or portfolio statement that our primary parser can't read, the document may also be sent to OpenAI to extract the data — this can include account holdings, transactions, and balances.

AI Chat requires a Premium subscription. AI stock analysis summaries are available to all registered users. Subscription tiers can be managed from your account settings.

Wallflake reserves the right to suspend AI access for any account that abuses the service, attempts to extract harmful content, or violates these terms. Suspended users will see a clear message and can contact us to appeal.
