Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC has appointed Mrs. Elsie Enninful-Adu as a Non-Executive Director of its Board, effective August 3, 2026, following approval from the Bank of Ghana.

Mrs. Enninful-Adu brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise spanning investment management, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, capital markets, credit risk, strategic planning and advisory services.

She also has more than two decades of executive-level experience, along with extensive exposure to board governance and regulatory matters.

She currently serves as Executive Director of Parkstone Capital, where she leads the provision of advisory services to clients across the financial, legal, education and hospitality sectors.

Mrs. Enninful-Adu previously served as Team Lead of the Ghana CARES Guarantee Scheme, where she helped establish operational systems and measurement frameworks and led a team responsible for assessing and processing credit guarantee applications. She has also held senior roles in strategic planning, money markets, corporate finance and advisory services.

Mrs. Enninful-Adu holds an MBA in International Banking & Finance from the University of Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts in the United States and has completed several courses offered by the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Commenting on the appointment, Republic Bank Ghana Board Chairman Jonathan Prince Cann said Mrs. Enninful-Adu's experience across financial services, investment management, corporate finance and governance would be a valuable addition to the bank.

Managing Director Dr. Benjamin Dzoboku also described her as an experienced leader whose background would support Republic Bank as it pursues its strategic priorities.

Republic Bank said the appointment forms part of its efforts to strengthen its leadership and governance as it continues to pursue its growth strategy in Ghana's financial sector.
