GOIL PLC has announced that its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will take place both physically at the Auditorium of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ridge, Accra, and virtually through live streaming. Shareholders can participate online via GOIL AGM Portal.
