CCM Healthcare Acquires Substantial Stake in Intravenous Infusions PLC
CCM Healthcare Investments-FZCO has acquired a substantial interest in Intravenous Infusions PLC, following the conversion of a convertible loan into equity.
The development was announced by Intravenous Infusions PLC and released to the investing public through the Ghana Stock Exchange.
According to the announcement, CCM Healthcare Investments-FZCO converted a convertible loan amounting to GH¢5.03 million into ordinary shares of Intravenous Infusions PLC.
As a result of the transaction, CCM Healthcare Investments-FZCO has been issued 100,666,021 shares in the company.
The shares were issued on February 9, 2026, making CCM Healthcare Investments-FZCO a significant shareholder in the pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Based on the value of the converted loan and the number of shares issued, the transaction implies a conversion price of about GH¢0.05 per share.
Intravenous Infusions PLC said the announcement was being made to inform the general investing public and shareholders of the acquisition of substantial interest in the company.
The notice was signed by Dehands Services Limited, the Company Secretary of Intravenous Infusions PLC.
Intravenous Infusions PLC, based in Koforidua, is a listed pharmaceutical manufacturing company known for the production of intravenous fluids and other pharmaceutical products.
The transaction is expected to attract attention from investors, as changes in substantial shareholding often influence market sentiment, governance expectations and investor confidence in a listed company.
