BOG’s decision to suspend MTN’s MoMo to bank transfer charges is unprofessional. They approved it in the first place. Now because of public backlash and E-levy comparisons, they’ve made a U-turn. So who covers MTN’s GhIPSS fees? As shareholders, we deserve better than this.
