Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ, Ghana ๐ฌ๐ญ, Cรดte d'Ivoire ๐จ๐ฎ and Cameroon ๐จ๐ฒ are set to sign the Abuja Declaration, launching a Cocoa Value Addition Alliance aimed at changing Africa's role in the global cocoa industry. Together, these four countries produce nearly two-thirds of the world's cocoa.The new alliance will promote local processing, coordinate pricing and policies, and strengthen the bargaining power of African cocoa-producing nations.
