The CSD can only be created in consultation and assistance from the Central security depository. So the broker alone cannot sit and create CSD. At black star, your shares are not in your name. It’s in blackstars’ CSD. The company you buy shares from at black star does not know you the shareholder. They only know blackstar and blackstar knows you.
