⚠️ Used MoMo for your dividend payments? Here's how to fix it. Most GSE-listed companies don't support mobile money dividend transfers. If MoMo is on your records, your dividend may never reach you. The good news? You can correct it. But there's a right way to do it 👇 --- ❌ First — what WON'T work: Updating your bank details on your broker's app (IC Wealth, Blackstar, or similar platforms) does NOT correct your dividend payment records. This is the mistake most investors make. Don't repeat it. --- ✅ The correct process — step by step: Step 1 Send a formal email to your broker requesting an update to your shareholder records. State clearly you want to replace your MoMo details with a bank account. Step 2 Your broker will send you two documents: 📄 Securities Account Maintenance Form (CSD Form 2) 📄 Letter of Intent They'll also provide a letter for you to include your address and signature. Step 3 Fill both forms carefully and accurately. Check your bank account number twice before signing. Step 4 Return the completed, signed forms to your broker. They will update your records directly with the CSD on your behalf. --- 📌 Quick reminder: ✅ Process goes through your broker — formally, via email ✅ Forms required: CSD Form 2 + Letter of Intent ✅ Broker finalises the update with CSD ❌ Broker apps cannot fix this — don't waste time there Do this now. Don't wait until dividends are announced.💰
