💰 Still haven't received your dividends? Don't call your broker — that's not their job. Here's who actually handles your dividend payments 👇 📋 What is a Share Registrar? A Share Registrar is an institution appointed by a listed company to maintain shareholder records and process dividend payments. Your broker is not involved. 🏦 GSE Registrars & the companies they manage: ▪️ CSD Ghana — CAL, Access, ADB, Digicut, Hords, MAC, MMH, MTNGH, GLD, TLW ▪️ GCB Bank (Share Registry Dept.) — EGH, IIL, ETI, GCB, SCB, SCB PREF ▪️ NTHC Limited — AGA, CPC, EGL, GOIL, SIC, PBC, BOPP, DAS, FML, SOGEGH, SWL, CLYD ▪️ UMB Ghana — ALW, GGBL, SAMBA, TBL, CMLT, RBGH, TOTAL ⚠️ Important reminders: ✅ Contact your registrar directly for dividend issues ❌ Don't use MoMo as your payment method — most GSE-listed companies haven't adopted it yet, and you risk missing your payment 📅 Dividends are only paid after shareholders approve the resolution at the AGM — so timing matters Know who holds your records. Know who pays your dividends.
