🚨 TWO GSE-LISTED COMPANIES CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
The Ghana Stock Exchange has suspended trading in the following companies for failing to meet continuous listing obligations:
1️⃣ Aluworks (ALW) — aluminium manufacturer, suspended since October 2023 for failing to submit audited financial statements.
2️⃣ PBC — Produce Buying Company (PBC) — one of Ghana's major cocoa buyers, suspended since November 2023 for the same reason.

⚠️ WHY IT MATTERS
PBC's latest financials reportedly show a 99% collapse in revenue, with auditors warning of possible complete bankruptcy.
Suspension doesn't always mean delisting — but it signals serious red flags for investors.
