ic 40% isn't fair , i bid 15k shares which i bid 10k and later bid for 5k, so how can you tell me you submitted 13k meanwhile how i bid it, you can't tell me you submitted 13k , if partial has to be submitted then it supposed to either 10k or 5k. can someone explain what is going on. my allocation isn't up to the 40% they promised and their explanation doesn't make sense per how i bid for my order
